• Provide leadership to the operations and supply chain teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing manufacturing processes, improving productivity, and reducing costs while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Develop and execute the operations and supply chain strategy in alignment with the company's growth plans.
• Lead lean initiatives and operational transformations to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution, to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and best practices for quality and safety.
• Build and develop high-performing operations and supply chain teams.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and supply chain activities.
