We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Exam Management, Policy & Procedures to join our Account Activation team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities
  • Reside in the business and manage first line of defense regulatory oversight management efforts related to regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Analyze existing legislation, regulatory announcements, and industry practices for first line of defense compliance requirements.
  • Help businesses develop procedures to meet compliance requirements and implement project plans to ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations while managing risk.
  • Provide guidance and training to entry-level employees and support complex projects by offering insight on interpretation of regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of Financial Services rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical ability, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise small teams and projects and develop solutions for regulatory oversight management issues.
  • No direct reports; provides technical advice and guidance to less experienced team members.
