Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Executive Director or VP-level Digital Assets Product Manager for Digital Markets. You will shape blockchain-based markets products, define strategy for connectivity and tokenised assets, and partner with trading, sales and technology to deliver client-focused solutions.

You will engage clients regularly, translate needs into requirements, and ensure delivery is supported by compliant operating models with risk controls across global markets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in technical product management or engineering within financial services, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Ability to write functional and technical specifications for delivery-ready requirements.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data models and integration architecture.
• Working knowledge of distributed ledger technology and tokenisation concepts.
• Experience partnering with client-facing teams and engaging directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive connectivity strategy across public blockchains and private ledgers.
• Define requirements for interoperability, bridging, and data integration.
• Evaluate networks, protocols and vendors, balancing security and cost.
• Own roadmaps for tokenising real-world assets.
• Define token standards and lifecycle processes (issuance, transfer, redemption).
• Design settlement and workflow models for on-chain trading and collateral mobility.
• Translate objectives into functional/technical specs for delivery teams.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from discovery to go-to-market.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance and risk to embed controls.
• Lead regular client engagements to identify needs and drive adoption.
• Align stakeholders across trading, sales, technology and operations.
