Curve Group, an established independent corporate finance firm, is expanding its Partner group and seeks a Debt Advisory leader to grow its financing proposition. You would join a wider platform with M&A, fundraising, due diligence and modelling, collaborating with CF and Transaction Support colleagues.
You will win and lead debt mandates, develop borrower and introducer relationships, and help shape the proposition as the firm grows, handling growth funding, acquisitions and refinancing deals.
£150k to £200k plus performance-related earnings
Your next £1m of fees should build your future, too.
You’ve built the borrower relationships, earned the trust of introducers and developed the lender network. You know how to win a mandate and deliver the funding.
Your next move should give you meaningful influence over what comes next.
An established independent corporate finance firm is expanding its Partner group and looking for a Debt Advisory leader to help grow its financing proposition.
The firm has advised entrepreneurial businesses for 20+ years. Its offering brings together M&A, fundraising, due diligence and financial modelling, with relationships across business owners, management teams, private equity and debt providers.
Debt Advisory is already part of the business. You would join a wider transactional platform with opportunities to work alongside experienced CF and Transaction Support colleagues.
Win and lead debt mandates, develop borrower and introducer relationships, and help shape the proposition as the firm grows.
The financing work spans growth funding, acquisitions, refinancing and working capital. You’ll need the judgement to assess the options, negotiate terms and stay close to execution.
A smaller, Partner-led business where senior advisers remain involved in live deals. Personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and trusted client relationships sit at the centre of its approach.
There is scope to influence the firm’s direction and develop your market, with commercial expectations to match.
An established Partner, or senior Debt Advisory professional operating at that level, with a demonstrable record of originating and executing at least £1m in annual advisory fees.
Someone who enjoys winning work, advising borrowers and taking responsibility through to completion.
A delivery-only profile without evidence of winning mandates, or someone seeking a predominantly internal leadership position away from clients and live financing processes.
