Incipio Group is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to curate vibrant spaces and friendly atmospheres in its venues across Greater London. You’ll drive positive guest feedback, work at pace with energy, and collaborate with front of house and kitchen teams to deliver memorable experiences on every shift.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Drive positive feedback and hit weekly targets set by management.
• Work at pace, focusing on the next task while maintaining quality.
• Enhance venue atmosphere through music, lighting and ambience in collaboration with the team.
• Collaborate with front of house and kitchen teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience on every shift.
• Actively contribute to sales targets and support colleagues to achieve them.
• Maintain the highest service standards and ensure guests are looked after safely.
• Complete compliance e-learning within 2 weeks of starting to stay workplace-safe.
• Deliver products to spec and learn new drinks/menu items as required.
• Maintain a positive, fun environment and good vibes on shift.
