Job summary

Humdinger in Heckington is seeking a Machine Minder to operate and maintain VFFS bagging machines and multi-head weighers on a lasting, full-time basis.

The role involves maintaining production quality, troubleshooting simple mechanical issues and supporting continuous improvement, with training provided to progress to Level 3 Machine Minder. An excellent benefits package includes pension and life assurance, plus generous leave.

Qualifications

• Experience operating VFFS bagging machines and multi-head weighers in FMCG.
• Knowledge of GMP/GHP and hygiene standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and support repairs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain VFFS bagging machines and multi-head weighing/dispensing equipment.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and liaise with Engineering for repairs.
