Job summary

Humdinger, Heckington, in the United Kingdom, is seeking a Mixing Operative / FLT Driver to keep production moving safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The role is full-time and permanent with 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri) on a 2200-0600 shift, and a hourly pay of £14.58.

You will operate Reach Trucks, supply materials, prepare mixes, perform quality checks, support packing, complete paperwork, and work with production teams to hit daily targets.

Qualifications

• Operate Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
• Experience working in a food manufacturing environment.
• Able to follow processes, recipes and quality procedures.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
• Supply raw materials and work-in-progress to production lines.
• Prepare mixes accurately using production recipes.
• Complete quality checks and associated documentation.
• Operate and clean mixing equipment to food manufacturing standards.
• Support packing activities and manual handling tasks.
• Accurately complete system transactions and paperwork.
• Work with production teams to ensure daily targets are achieved.
• Reach Truck Licence OR Counterbalance Licence (with willingness to complete in-house Reach Truck conversion).
