Job summary

Wellhouse Veterinary Clinic invites a capable Veterinary Surgeon to join our team across two clinics in Crowborough and Tunbridge Wells. You’ll deliver high-quality patient and client care, collaborate with a supportive team, and develop your clinical interests with opportunities for CPD and growth within inspired vet care.

The practice features ISFM Silver accreditation, digital x-ray, ultrasound, Idexx lab, dedicated dog and cat areas, and a collaborative culture that values knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• A veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS.
• Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive approach to learning, with openness to feedback and development.
• Professionalism, reliability and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied caseload.

Salary up to £70,000 DOE

Here at Wellhouse Veterinary Clinic, ISFM Silver Accredited cat-friendly clinic, we are looking for a friendly and professional Veterinary Surgeon to join our team!

We have two clinics, one in Crowborough and the other in Tunbridge Wells bordering on Ashdown Forest, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Both clinics are near a mainline train station for London/Gatwick.

Practice Highlights

We are a close team who believe in working together to provide a high standard of care for our clients and patients. We have an ethos at Well House that includes an openness in regard to the sharing of knowledge and experiences. We believe this to be paramount to ensuring that we remain a cohesive team and share best practices.

We work to high clinical standards and have state of the art equipment to include digital x-ray, dental suite, Idexx lab machines, multiparameter and an Ultrasound machine. We also have separate dog and cat waiting areas and wards.

As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload.

You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care while leading and supporting those around you.
