Job summary

inspiring vet care on the Sussex Coast is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to work across three branches with a balanced mix of consulting, surgery and procedures. No out-of-hours commitments, a 1 in 3 Saturday rota (8am-2pm), and hours between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday, with early and late starts.

You’ll join a team of 6 vets and 9 nurses, delivering high-quality patient and client care while developing your clinical skills in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS.
• Experience in clinical practice with confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

We have good staff facilities with a large restroom and kitchen. You would be joining a team of 6 other vets and 9 nurses. We see a wide mix of cases and offer a good general practice experience.

As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload. You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care while leading and supporting those around you.
