Want clinical freedom and a great rota? Come join us

Why join us?
  • Varied caseload, everything from routine to more complex cases, giving you the chance to continually develop and grow

  • Able to confidently deliver high-quality clinical care across consults, diagnostics, and routine / non-routine surgeries.
  • Work alongside a dedicated, friendly team with a range of experience, including postgraduate certificates, who value collaboration and mentorship.
  • Well-equipped hospital with all the latest tools and a highly skilled nursing team to help deliver the best care possible.
  • We can accommodate clinical special interests as we are a very well-equipped hospital

The team

As a team, we often discuss clinical cases and have regular team meetings to share knowledge and communications. We welcome supporting certificate studies for our associates, if you have a particular interest, you are welcome to discuss it with us!

We prioritise the physical and mental health of our staff through our wellness programs, including a personalised rota to maximise work-life balance, mental health support with access to counselling services and stress management. Access to Vet life - wellbeing in the profession.

We are a very well-equipped hospital (CT, laparoscopic equipment, hydrotherapy suite, ultrasound) as well as having certificate holders in surgery, CT imaging, and medicine. We also have vets working towards certificates in ECC, and ophthalmology, and special interests in cardiology so plenty of learning opportunities and a very varied caseload.

We offer some fantastic referral, OOH, and advanced services, but we equally champion our primary care vets and the fantastic service we offer for routine and first opinion caseloads.

We have a dedicated 24-hour nursing and vet team ensuring a great work-life balance.

In-house CT, hydrotherapy suite, dental suites equipped with dental X-ray, endoscopy, TPLO/TTA, laparoscopic facilities, and advanced ophthalmology equipment. Dedicated and separate cat clinic at our hospital which complements our ISFM Cat-Friendly Gold Status.

  • Clinical decision-making abilities, able to interpret diagnostics and make informed decisions whether you're managing consults or jumping into hands-on cases. Treatment planning and ongoing case management.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure.
  • A collaborative can-do attitude that helps maintain a positive team culture and excellent client care relationship.
