Job Description

Do you love the variety and flexibility of locuming but dislike the paperwork and lack of benefits? If so, this position could be ideal for you.

This is a full-time role offering flexibility, allowing you to work across multiple branches and hospitals, covering rota gaps as needed. The position includes weekend shifts throughout the year, with the ability to manage weekend work around personal commitments. Sunday and bank holiday shifts will be allocated at the nearest 24-hour hospital.

The group covers Central, South, East, North, and West London, as well as parts of Essex. Assignments are carefully planned with the locum coordinator to ensure manageable travel distances. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of clinical environments, from RCVS-accredited hospitals with specialist services to multi-vet and sole-charge clinics.

You will be responsible for consultations, diagnostics, surgical procedures, and treatment planning, working with a variety of teams across different locations. This position provides job security, a fixed monthly income, and structured hospital experience while eliminating the administrative burden of locum work.

The ideal candidate will be confident working independently in different settings, possess strong surgical and medical skills, and be comfortable with occasional sole-charge responsibilities.
