The Package
Our client is a corporately owned practice seeking a Small Animal Vet to join their supportive and progressive team. This opportunity is open to all experience levels, offering full or part-time flexible hours with no OOH requirements. A relocation package of up to £5,000 or practice accommodation is available, and visa sponsorship is fully funded (RCVS eligibility required).
The role offers excellent flexibility with the option of a 4- or 5-day working week, and part-time applications are welcome. There are no OOH responsibilities, promoting a great work-life balance.
The practice operates across five sites and currently employs 10 vets covering both small and large animal work. The team includes 13 RVNs, supported by a Clinical Director and Senior Practice Director. Vets enjoy clinical freedom with a good balance of consulting and operating. Consultation slots are 15 minutes as standard, with longer appointments scheduled for more complex cases.
The successful candidate will be responsible for routine consultations, surgical procedures, and contributing to a collaborative and client-focused environment. Support is available for those pursuing specific clinical interests, including certificate study. The team includes vets with interests in surgery and exotics, and is further strengthened by an experienced nursing team running regular clinics.
The ideal candidate will be an RCVS-registered veterinary surgeon (or eligible to register), with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Applications are welcomed from both experienced vets and recent graduates.
The practice is well-equipped with modern diagnostic tools, including in-house blood analysers, ultrasound, endoscopy, and radiography. Support from a larger veterinary group also provides access to advanced surgical, dental, and clinical expertise.
