Job summary

Cencora is seeking an administrative and customer-support professional to bolster the veterinary and livestock production solutions for MWI Animal Health. This fixed-term role supports the Sales Team with reporting, onboarding new GPO members, CRM administration, and liaison with Territory Managers.

You will create monthly reports, on-board customers, and ensure CRM accuracy while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Clinical background either as a qualified RVN or through time spent working in a veterinary practice
• Proficiency with standard office software and strong written/verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate CRM data

Responsibilities

• Report generation for customers and internal stakeholders on a monthly basis
• Onboard new GPO members and support the National Sales Manager with ad hoc reporting
• Provide day-to-day customer support coordinating with Territory Managers and GPO team
• Validate new account setups and distribute new leads to the Sales Team
• Administer the CRM ensuring data is accurate and up to date
• Support internal activities related to customers and participate in industry events as required
• Attend industry events some evenings and weekends and follow SOPs and training sessions
