Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a residency-trained, board-certified (ECVS/ACVS) or board-eligible Veterinary Surgeon to join Swift Referrals in Wetherby. You will work within a multidisciplinary referral hospital offering advanced surgeries with a supportive specialist-led team.

The role focuses on soft tissue, orthopaedic surgery and neurology, with CPD supported and a 4-day work week. You’ll collaborate with clinicians, mentor colleagues and contribute to ongoing service development.

Qualifications

• Residency-trained or board-certified (ECVS/ACVS) or board-eligible.
• Advanced clinical experience in soft tissue surgery, orthopaedic surgery or neurology.
• RCVS registration required for practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage referral caseload across soft tissue, neurology and/or orthopaedic surgery.
• Deliver advanced surgical procedures and standards of patient care.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary referral environment.
• Provide guidance to referring practices and support colleagues.
• Contribute to growth and development of the surgical service.
