Moorview Referrals are hiring a Veterinary Receptionist on a part-time basis to cover maternity leave.

As our Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact and play a vital role in ensuring that our clients and their pets have a welcoming and positive experience. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a warm and compassionate demeanour, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. You'll be joining a small, close-knit team that looks after one another, creating a supportive and friendly environment.

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

1. Liaising with clients and clinical staff to provide high-quality customer care.
2. Meeting and greeting clients and pets.
3. Booking appointments and managing diaries.
4. Handling telephone and email enquiries.
5. Processing payments for services and products.
6. Managing cash and end-of-day banking.
7. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and their pets.

The role is part-time, 24 hours per week on a rotational basis, and will be a fixed-term contract.
