Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking a friendly, organized Receptionist for our Links Vetson clinic in the UK. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming, professional experience for clients and patients.

You’ll manage appointments, handle enquiries, support client communications and work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a smooth client and patient journey. 40 hours weekly with 8-hour shifts and weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on service and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Maintain client records and ensure accurate data entry
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries
• Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
• Support the veterinary team with various tasks as needed
