Job summary

Tameside Veterinary Clinic in Ashton-Under-Lyne is seeking an experienced Reception Manager to lead our reception team across a busy 4-site, 12-vet practice. The role offers salary £30,000 - £34,000 depending on experience and opportunities for career progression in a supportive environment.

You will manage rota planning, staff development and work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure an exceptional client experience and efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experienced veterinary receptionist with line management experience.
• BVRA Gold Award or equivalent is preferred.
• Flexible to work across branches and support a busy multi-site practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the reception team, including rota management and performance feedback.
• Create a professional, welcoming clinic environment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure smooth running of the practice.
• Deliver exceptional client service and support business development.
