CVS Severn Edge Vets in Ludlow is seeking a Team Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our first opinion small animal practice. The role is 28.5 hours per week with a 1 in 4 Saturday morning shift, with potential for flexible or full-time applications for the right candidate.

You will lead the nursing team, deliver training, run clinics, and participate in audits while delivering outstanding animal care.

Qualifications

• Current RVN with registration and good standing.
• Proven leadership or team supervision experience.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and deliver training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular check-ins with nursing staff and supervise the team.
• Deliver training and mentorship for new and junior members.
• Run nursing clinics and provide inpatient care.

We are looking for a passionate Team Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team. The role is currently available for 28.5 hours a week with a 1 in 4 Saturday morning shift, but we can also potentially consider flexible/full-time applications for the right candidate.

Severn Edge Vets Ludlow is a first opinion practice with a passionate team of vets, nurses, VCAs, and receptionists. Our facilities include in-house blood machines, ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, and multiparameters giving you the tools you need to deliver outstanding care. The wider team across Severn Edge also has vets with certificates in medicine, feline medicine, imaging, dentistry, cardiology, internal medicine.

Some of your responsibilities would include:

• Conducting regular check-ins and 1-2-1s with the nursing support team
• Delivering training and mentorship for new and junior team members
• Completing clinical audit checks
• Running nursing clinics and providing inpatient care
