Qualifications

• Excellent communication in-person and on the phone.
• Calm under pressure and capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets to create a calm first impression.
• Answer calls warmly, handle routine and anxious inquiries.
• Manage appointments and support the clinical team for smooth scheduling.
• Respond to online queries with clear, timely information.
• Be part of a busy practice where every day brings variety and impact.
