CVS Veterinary Group is seeking a Clinical Director for Active Vetcare - Tilehurst Veterinary Centre in Tilehurst, Reading. This permanent role offers up to 85k FTE, 40 hours per week (open to part-time). You will lead a forward-thinking clinical team, champion core values, and drive clinical and commercial excellence.

You will mentor staff, foster collaboration, and maintain exceptional patient and client care while balancing business performance and growth opportunities.

• Deliver high-quality clinical care while driving continuous improvement across the practice.
• Lead and support the veterinary team to achieve excellent clinical and commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director and wider business leaders to support practice success.
• Monitor financial performance, KPIs and operational metrics.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new services and grow the practice.
• Promote a collaborative and flexible approach across teams to ensure exceptional patient and client care.
• Drive clear and consistent communication throughout the practice.
