Qualifications

• RCVS registration and strong background in small animal practice.
• Significant clinical experience within a veterinary practice.
• Previous leadership, mentoring or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across the practice and role model best practice.
• Drive continuous improvement in clinical standards, processes and patient care.

• Support clinical governance, quality improvement and best-practice initiatives.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding and retention of clinical team members.
• Remain clinically active and see patients when appropriate.
