You will visit practices, drive regional clinical cohesion, oversee finances and KPI dashboards, and ensure compliance with RCVS standards.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong leadership and people development skills.
• Ability to interpret financial information, data and KPI dashboards.
• Experience running a practice and managing employment costs and overheads.
• Familiarity with clinical standards and Health & Safety legislation.
