Job summary

Hamilton Specialist Referrals in Buckinghamshire seeks a Client Care Assistant to join the team on a full-time basis, operating as the first point of contact for clients. You will manage appointments, answer enquiries, and support both clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a smooth client and patient journey.

The role is based at a specialist veterinary hospital just outside High Wycombe, with shifts from early morning to early evening, 40 hours per week, and weekend rotation.

Responsibilities
