Job summary

Hamilton Specialist Referrals, based near High Wycombe, is seeking a Client Care Assistant to join a busy veterinary reception team. The role supports the smooth running of the practice, handling client enquiries, appointments and records with a focus on a warm, professional client experience.

The position is full-time, averaging 40 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday pattern and 1:4 weekend rotation. Shifts range from 07:30 to 20:00, and the team emphasises development and patient care.
