• As a Client Care Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with a warm and professional welcome.
• You will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, ensuring messages are clear and passed on promptly, and maintaining clear patient records.
• You will keep the reception and waiting area clean and tidy, supporting both the veterinary team and clients to ensure a positive journey.
