Job summary

Goddard Vet Group is seeking motivated individuals to join as Level 2 Veterinary Care Support Apprentices. The roles are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a weekly college day and regular weekend rotations across sites such as Stone Lion Hospital in Wimbledon and Kennington.

You will gain hands-on experience in reception, patient care and clinic support, with tutors providing guidance. Entry to Level 3 Diploma depends on vacancies and performance; this ad is for Level 2 only.

Qualifications

• Prior animal care is preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrate a passion for learning, teamwork and providing high standards of patient and client care.
• Open to starting a Level 2 Apprenticeship in veterinary care with support from dedicated tutors.

Responsibilities

• Handle reception duties and assist in patient care.
• Support cleaning and upkeep of the practice and equipment.
• Support across different branches within commutable distance.
• Adapt to a high-pressured and evolving veterinary environment.
