Here at Martin and Carr, we are looking for a Veterinary Care Assistant to join our fantastic team on a part-time basis.

As a Veterinary Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Reception and Clinical teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Assisting Veterinary Surgeons and RVNs with patient care and adhering to patient needs.
2. Manual handling and caring for animals with empathy and compassion.
3. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the practice.
4. Cleaning and sterilizing instruments.
5. Running laboratory tests and packaging samples.

This is a part-time permanent role working 20 hours per week over 3 days.

We are housed in a purpose-built, large premises equipped with on-site digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, and endoscopy facilities.
