Job summary

Alabare in Wiltshire is seeking a Wellbeing Coach Wiltshire Veterans on a fixed term contract for 12 months. You will deliver person-centred, trauma-informed wellbeing support to residents across Salisbury area, helping individuals build confidence and emotional and social wellbeing.

The role includes coaching residential staff teams, contributing to a holistic wellbeing offer, requiring a valid driving licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle with business insurance.

Qualifications

• Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed wellbeing support to residents.
• Provide wellbeing coaching to residential staff teams.
• Work with the wellbeing team to strengthen protective factors and progression.
• Car driver with access to a road-worthy vehicle and business insurance.
