Job summary

Vetro Recruitment seeks an Enterprise & Partnerships Manager for Wilton, Wiltshire. You will lead the Entrain Space operation, manage a small onsite team, and shape a welfare and enterprise model supporting veterans in housing, training and employment.

The role emphasizes building partnerships with DWP, NHS, local authorities and private sector employers, developing income opportunities and driving digital transformation to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior leadership role within social enterprise or supported housing.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills with government, charities, and private sector.
• Excellent communication, public speaking and PR abilities.
• Understanding of employment, skills development and enterprise activities.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Entrain Space operation with ~4 on-site staff and maintain a customer-focused service culture.
• Develop an innovative welfare model to support employment and independence for veterans.
• Build partnerships with DWP, NHS, local authorities, MOD and veterans charities.
• Create employment, training and work placement opportunities with employers and private partners.
• Support development of Entrain Enterprise Hub at Wilton for start-ups and skills training.
• Represent Entrain Space at stakeholder meetings and events to raise profile.
• Identify income and funding through partnerships, grants, sponsorships and enterprise income.
• Contribute to digital transformation and streamline processes.
• Engage with local community and oversee volunteer services.
