Job summary

IVC Evidensia's Wood Street Vets in Barnet is seeking a friendly Receptionist to support five branches with the daily reception duties. You will greet clients and their pets, manage appointments, answer inquiries, handle payments and maintain records across all sites.

• Collect payments and process invoices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
