Transport for London is seeking a Vessel Marine Engineering Manager to lead maintenance and upgrades of Woolwich Ferry’s vessels and shoreside assets, ensuring assets are available and compliant with standards. You will coordinate resources, drive safety and reliability, and deliver improvements.

You will manage teams, drive asset performance, and lead change initiatives, while aligning with budgets and forward plans for long-term sustainability. This is a full-time role based at Woolwich Ferry.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in electrical or mechanical discipline or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of planned maintenance systems/software is essential.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and chairing maintenance meetings.
• Proven experience in electrical and mechanical engineering within transport/operational environments.
