Dematic is seeking a commercially minded Vertical Market Strategy Leader to join our Global Market team in a strategic role that blends customer insight, market trends and commercial planning to drive growth across key industries. You’ll translate market data into narratives, shape go-to-market plans, and partner with Sales, Market Development and Business Development to execute opportunities.

You’ll present to senior leaders, create market intelligence, and travel up to 35% across EMEA, with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline.
Experience in material handling, warehouse automation, logistics or related industry.
Experience in strategy, market development, sales, business development, project management, marketing or operations.
Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations and commercial challenges.
Experience selling or managing operations in General Merchandise, F&B, Grocery or Durables.

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of customer challenges, priorities and market trends across key vertical markets.
Translate customer requirements and insights into compelling narratives, growth opportunities and actionable recommendations.
Partner with Sales, Business Development and Market Development to support growth initiatives.
Create presentations, reports, dashboards and market intelligence for decision-making.
Present confidently to internal stakeholders, senior leaders and customers.
Support go-to-market strategies across priority industries.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Act as link between Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Commercial teams for alignment.
Support industry events, customer engagements and trade exhibitions across EMEA.
