Dematic is seeking a commercially minded Vertical Market Strategy Leader to join the Global Market team. You will translate market insights into growth opportunities and actionable strategies, working with Sales, BD and Market Development to shape how Dematic expands across key industries.

You will develop market intelligence, create narratives for executive audiences, and support strategic go-to-market initiatives across EMEA and beyond, including travel up to 35% to events and internal

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of supply chain, logistics, warehousing or automation environments.
• Experience in strategy, market development, sales, business development, project management, marketing or operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations and customer challenges.
• Experience selling or managing operations in vertical markets such as GM, F&B, Grocery or Durables.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer challenges, priorities and market trends across key vertical markets.
• Translate insights into compelling narratives, growth opportunities and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, BD and Market Development to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Create presentations, reports, and market intelligence for decision-making and engagement.
• Present confidently to internal leaders and customers.
• Support go-to-market strategies across priority industries and regions.
