Job summary

Pret A Manger in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Member to work across FOH, kitchen, and delivery, delivering an efficient and welcoming environment. You’ll engage customers and help produce Pret food to high standards.

Role focuses on teamwork, six service and production points, cleanliness and productivity, with training in hot chef and barista areas to support shop performance.

• Teamwork and willingness to work across FOH and Kitchen.
• Commitment to fast, friendly service and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of Pret standards and training plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with the shop’s team.
• Balance workload across team.
• Work in any area FOH and Kitchen, as requested by your manager (Hot Food, Coffee, etc).
• Work together to ensure the FOH and Kitchen and delivery business is the best it can be.
• Have a good knowledge of Pret standards in all areas of the shop.
• Understand the importance of the Hot Chef and Barista roles and have completed the training in these areas.
