Job summary

City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd requires a Distribution Site Technician in Cumbernauld (Westfield DC) to perform planned and reactive maintenance on site. You will be the first line for maintenance, with potential escalation to specialists after initial call out.

You will handle electrical and mechanical repairs and ensure compliance paperwork is current. The role operates Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm, with on-call duties every second week, and a total annual salary of £39,111.36.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical installation/Maintenance
• City and Guilds 18th Edition required
• AM2 / 2391 qualification preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and ensure paperwork is up to date
• Respond to service calls and perform repairs as required
• Carry out fire alarm system maintenance and emergency lighting tests
