Job summary

Trevett Project Services is recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer (electrical bias) to cover M&E maintenance at a high‑end education building near Finchley Road, London. You will work Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00, handle PPM and reactive tasks, log works, and participate in PTWs and RAMS reviews.

Qualifications

• FM background with level 3 electrical qualification
• 18th edition qualification
• Be able to pass a basic DBS check

Responsibilities

• Cover M&E maintenance (PPM and reactive) across the building
• Log all works performed and manage PTWs/RAMS with sub-contractors
• Client-facing role in a high-end education environment
• Carry out fault-finding, small installations, control panels, power distribution, lamping, ballast changes, emergency lighting testing/maintenance, AHU/FCU maintenance
