Job summary

Trevett Project Services is recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer (electrical bias) to cover M&E maintenance at a high‑end education building near Finchley Road, London. You will work Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00, handle PPM and reactive tasks, log works, and participate in PTWs and RAMS reviews.

Based at Finchley Road

Trevett Services are working with one of the largest and fastest growing Facilities Management providers in the UK. My client is interested in speaking with technically sound multi skilled engineers (electrical bias) to potentially join their team at Finchley Road.

The Role:

As a multi skilled electrical engineer, you will be responsible for covering all M&E maintenance, both PPM and reactive across the building. Being client facing is a must as you will be working in a high-end education building.

Typical duties include fault-finding, small installations, control panels, power distribution, lamping, ballast changes, emergency lighting testing/maintenance, AHU & FCU maintenance and much more. You will be expected to log all works performed and will have do Permits to Work (PTWs) and review RAMS from sub-contractors.

Your hours of work will be Mon-Fri 08:00 - 17:00. There is a call out rota that is TBC, but it will most likely be 1 in 4, with standby being £100 (minimum 4 hours).

Remuneration and Benefits:

• 25x days annual leave + bank holidays
• Birthday paid day off (if falls on weekend then get it the following week)
• 3 paid volunteer days (you are encouraged to take these!)
• Overtime is 1.5x Mon-Sun
• Allocated training allowance - meaning they will put you through qualifications and certificates, for example HVAP
• Holiday buy back up to 5x days
• 3%/5% pension
