Job summary

Omega Resource Group is seeking a Multi-Skilled Builder / Roofer to join a maintenance and building services team covering commercial, education, industrial and retail sites across the Midlands and South of England.

You will carry out roofing repairs, general building maintenance and other construction tasks, with travel to client sites and occasional periods away from home. A full UK driving licence is essential and safety on site is paramount.

Qualifications

• Broad range of reactive building repairs and maintenance works.
• Ability to carry out roofing repairs and general building tasks.
• Strong emphasis on health and safety on client sites.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive roofing repairs including diagnosing and rectifying roof leaks.
• Undertake general building maintenance across commercial, education, industrial and retail sites.
• Work collaboratively with a wider team of engineers and maintenance professionals.
• Accurately complete job documentation and provide updates on completed works.
• Travel to client sites throughout Midlands and South of England, with occasional periods away from home.
