Iconic Interactive in London is seeking a versatile Mid-Level Generalist Artist to join the growing creative team. You will work across modelling, texturing, look development, world-building, and realtime implementation to support rapid prototyping.

You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and AI researchers, contributing to visual development while maintaining strong artistic authorship and craft in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing 3D assets, environments, and realtime content creation.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D assets, environments, props, and supporting content for games and prototypes.
• Model, texture, UV, and optimise assets for realtime applications.
• Work within stylised and/or realistic art directions depending on project needs.
• Support rapid prototyping and iterative development workflows.
• Integrate and test assets within Unity and/or Unreal Engine.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure assets function effectively in-engine.
• Contribute creatively to visual development, mood, tone, and world-building.
• Help maintain clean, organised project files and asset structures.
• Explore and evaluate emerging AI-assisted creative workflows where appropriate.
