Job summary

MTM Agency in Southampton is seeking a Senior 3D Generalist to lead the creation of distinctive 3D content for client partners. You will work with a team of designers, editors and animators in a fast-paced, responsive environment, spanning concept development, modelling, texturing, lighting, animation, simulation and rendering.

You will be an experienced 3D generalist with a strong eye for craft, storytelling, and capacity to push work to the highest level.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable generalist capability across core 3D disciplines (modelling, texturing, lighting, animation).
• Strong eye for craft and visual storytelling.
• Experience collaborating with account planners, project managers and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and articulate ideas visually as concepts, mood boards and storyboards.
• Turn concepts into 3D films, stills, experiences and assets for campaigns.
• Collaborate across the full 3D pipeline from exploration to final render and delivery.
• Stay culturally aware and translate developments into stronger creative work.
• Maintain organised project files and reusable asset libraries.
