Job summary

TOCA Social is seeking a Venue Technology Manager to lead technology across our UK and European venues. You will own the performance, stability and optimisation of all guest-facing and operational technology, working with Operations Managers and venue teams to ensure a flawless guest experience.

Responsibilities include rapid fault resolution, proactive maintenance, and collaboration with external suppliers.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in venue, hospitality, entertainment or retail technology support.
Proven experience managing technology across multiple venues in a fast-paced environment.
Strong hands-on knowledge of EPOS, payment systems, networking, AV, CCTV and guest-facing tech.

Responsibilities

Own daily performance and stability of all guest-facing and operational tech across UK venues.
Be first point of contact for tech issues raised by venue teams and managers.
Prioritise faults to minimise guest disruption and downtime.
Conduct weekly venue visits for live health checks and proactive troubleshooting.
Maintain preventative maintenance schedules to pre-empt failures.
Administer Tevalis EPOS, SevenRooms, and MarketMan configurations.
Support new venue openings and tech improvement projects.
Train venue teams on EPOS, kiosks, AV, QR platforms and Dojo tools.
