Job summary

TOCA Social in the UK and Europe seeks a Venue Technology Manager to lead the tech stack across four venues, ensuring uptime, guest experience and smooth openings. You’ll be hands-on, troubleshoot on the fly and partner with Operations Managers, venue teams and suppliers.

Based at The O2, Birmingham, Paris and White City sites, you’ll coordinate EPOS, CCTV, AV, and new tech rollouts, deliver coaching, create playbooks, and support openings across the estate with a proactive, guest‑focused

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in venue, hospitality, entertainment or retail technology support.
• Experience managing technology across multiple venues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of EPOS, payment systems, networking, AV, CCTV, access control and guest-facing technology.
• Confident troubleshoot HW, SW and infrastructure issues with rapid resolution.
• Experience supporting live operations where uptime and guest experience are critical.
• Skilled in managing third-party technology suppliers and service partners.
• Experience administering POS, CRM and inventory management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily performance and stability of all guest-facing and operational technology across four venues.
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues raised by venue teams and managers.
• Prioritise and resolve faults rapidly to minimise guest disruption and downtime.
• Conduct weekly venue visits for live system health checks and proactive troubleshooting.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules to pre-empt system failures.
• Oversee EPOS, CRM and inventory management configurations and integrations.
• Support new venue openings with tailored tech fit-outs and training materials.
