Pdsw in Bournemouth is seeking a friendly, organised frontline customer coordinator for the Venue team. The role is part-time (approx.

30 hours/week on an annualised basis) with a salary of £22,034 per year, and hours vary seasonally across autumn, spring, summer and Christmas periods. This frontline customer role is part of the Venue team responsible for providing a warm welcome to artists, creatives, all visitors, and staff. You will be a hub for our busy building, providing a first port-of-call for information whilst acting as the day-to-day operational lead for the building and supporting and motivating the team.

The post will be based at our lovely venue in Bournemouth.
