Pavilion Dance South West in Bournemouth is seeking a friendly, organised frontline customer assistant to welcome artists, creatives, visitors and staff.

You will lead day-to-day operations for the building, act as first point of contact for information and motivate the Venue Team.

This part-time role averages 30 hours per week with annualised hours and 20 days of annual leave, based at our Bournemouth venue.

Provide a warm welcome to artists, creatives, all visitors and staff.
Be the hub for information and day-to-day operational lead for the building.
Support and motivate the Venue Team to deliver excellent service.
