Job summary

Pavilion Dance South West in Bournemouth is looking for a Front of House & Venue Assistant to join our Venue Team. This part-time role (average 30 hours per week) will be the first point of contact for visitors, artists and staff, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth venue operations.

The post offers a supportive, inclusive team environment with annual leave and annualised hours. Casual workers also sought, with a flexible hours approach to suit the venue's needs.

• Experience in frontline/front-of-house or venue operations.
• Able to deliver a warm welcome to artists, visitors and staff.
• Comfortable working in a busy, variable environment.

This frontline customer role is part of the Venue Team responsible for providing a warm welcome to artists, creatives, all visitors, and staff. You will be a hub for our busy building, providing a first port-of-call for information whilst acting as the day-to-day operational lead for the building and supporting and motivating the team.

Salary £22,034 per annum

Part time – average 30 hours per week, on an annualised basis*

20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The post will be based at our lovely venue in Bournemouth.
