Cirka UK seeks a Venue Presentation Supervisor to support the Venue Presentation Manager at Newbury Racecourse. The role focuses on delivering effective venue presentation and cleaning operations during day-to-day and race-day events, including deep cleans and client-required services.

The successful candidate will lead by example, supervising frontline teams, coordinating resources, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across events.

Formación

• Experience in cleaning operations, venue presentation or facilities management.
• Experience supervising frontline teams and coordinating staff.
• Strong organisational skills and workload management.
• Good customer service and stakeholder interaction.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with independent decision making.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic IT skills for rotas, reports and checklists.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
