Venue Operations Manager – Serviced Office (London Bridge)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + bonus

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead operations for a premium serviced offices group based in London. You’ll be responsible for one site only and will oversee day-to-day running, manage a small on-site team, and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead centre operations and team management
• Maintain excellent client relationships
• Ensure facilities, compliance, and H&S standards are met
• Support occupancy targets and new client tours
• Oversee supplier and contractor coordination
