Job summary

Luxury Leisure Talarius, trading as Admiral Slots, is seeking a Store Manager to run the venue, handle admin and customer service to maintain our high professional standards. You will need excellent customer service skills, with at least 4 years in customer service and 2 years in a management role.

Responsibilities include liaising with Area Management to meet KPIs, recruiting staff, delegating tasks, driving business during peak periods and tournament days, plus key holder duties and HR

Qualifications

• 4+ years customer service experience.
• 2+ years in a management role essential.
• Experience running a venue or equivalent operations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Area Management to ensure KPIs are met and venue standards are upheld.
• Recruit for the venue and support onboarding of new staff.
• Delegate and supervise staff in day-to-day tasks.
• Encourage and drive business, including peak times and tournament days.
• Carry out key holder duties (open/close venue) as required.
• Liaise with HR on people processes and policy.
• Complete probation and return-to-work meetings where necessary.
