Job summary

Rank Group is seeking a Casino Manager to lead all gaming activity across the venue in a dynamic, 24/7 casino environment. You will shape a safe, professional and engaging setting tailored to each guest, ensuring the experience stands out and guests leave with a great impression.

You will oversee slot and table performance, drive safe play, and lead a high-performing team with clear, consistent communication. Night shifts and weekends will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing gaming operations and staff in a UK casino environment.
• Holding a valid Personal Management Licence (PML) is required.
• Ability to understand player expectations and deliver a safe, engaging experience.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Casino Expertise: Strong UK casino management experience with a broad understanding of slots, tables and performance drivers.
• Licensed Leader: Holds a valid Personal Management Licence (PML).
• Customer Focus: Understands player expectations and delivers a safe, engaging experience.
• Operational Delivery: Keeps the gaming floor running smoothly and efficiently.
• Communication: Clear, open and consistent in how you lead and engage teams.
