Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a new state-of-the-art leisure venue in Bradford. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, guest experience, and building a high-performing team across the site.

This hands-on leadership role requires a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for sport and active lifestyles. You will drive membership growth, events, retail and F&B partnerships while delivering KPIs and community engagement.

Qualifications

• A proven leader, ideally with previous General management experience in leisure, hospitality, or sports environments.
• Strong commercial mindset, with a track record of delivering revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Excellent communicator, able to inspire and lead teams while ensuring accountability and structure.
• Passionate about sports, racket sports, or active lifestyles, with the drive to build vibrant communities around each site.
• Organised, adaptable, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, growing environment.
